Visitors should be advised that metered parking on downtown streets, such as Easton Avenue, French Street, and George Street have progressive rates. When parking your vehicle in a spot on one of these streets, expect to pay the following rates:

Off-Street Parking
Visitors who prefer to park their vehicles in designated parking areas can easily be accommodated as there is no shortage of lots and garages. What to Know When Parking in Central NJ
Guests coming between April 1st to October 31st should be advised that alternate side parking in NJ goes into effect during these months. This means drivers are required to move their automobiles to allow street sweepers to clean the curbs. Failing to do so will result in a parking violation and a fine.
Due to our convenient proximity to major metropolises like New York City and Philadelphia, many travelers choose to park their cars in New Brunswick, avoiding traffic and the high parking rates of these major cities. Guests can leave their automobiles at Metropark and New Brunswick train stations for long-term parking in NJ.
