SUMMARY:New Brunswick Heart Festival
DESCRIPTION:SAVE THE DATES \nFriday\, August 12th & Saturday\, August 13th \n  \nThe New Brunswick HEART Festival will be coming back this summer and we’d like for you to save the date and let us know if you’d like to help out\, participate\, and show your support as we near the event dates. Presented by State Theatre New Jersey\, New Brunswick Cultural Center\, New Brunswick Performing Arts Center (NBPAC)\, and Above Art Studios! \nArt Battle @ Above Art Studio \nFriday night kicks off the festivities at Above Art Studios with an Art Battle beginning at 7:00 PM. \nIf you are\, or know an artist that may be interested in participating or simply watching the event live\, please reach out to AboveArtStudios@gmail.com. \nAfter Party Activities \nThe fun continues as we seek 3 Local Spots host a Friday Night After Party beginning at 9:00 PM. Planning options are open to new ideas. A good start would be to host live musicians and carry a special dinner menu or cocktail for the weekend. After Party participants would receive promotional support in print and digital event materials. \nIf you have an interest in being one of the three locations\, please contact Sarah Ferreira at sarah.ferreira@co.middlesex.nj.us. \nHEART Festival Activities on Livingston Ave \nFrom 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM\, live music\, vendors\, tables\, tents\, art displays\, and activities will be hosted on Livingston Avenue\, as well as inside of NBPAC\, STNJ\, and Above Art Studios\, encouraging the community to come out and enjoy all the activities happening in celebration of the festival. \nIf you have an interest in vending at the event\, setting up a display\, or hosting an activity\, please contact Kelly Blithe at kblithe@stnj.org. \nFestival Weekend Specials \nAs the event begins to ramp up on Friday night and wind down on Saturday evening\, guests will be encouraged to patronize the local businesses in town\, seeking food\, services\, and activities to keep their weekend exciting. \nIf you would like to promote your specials\, please send details to Christopher Moore at CMoore@NewBrunswick.com. \nSponsorships & Support \nThe HEART Festival happens thanks to all the local businesses and community support and we appreciate all you can do to make it more exciting each year!
